Former Chief Ray McPartlan passes away

It is with deep regret that the Elmsford Fire Department announces the passing
of Former Chief Raymond McPartlan. 

Chief McPartlan was an active member of Live Oak Engine Company
from 1977 until his passing this past Tuesday.

In addition to Chief of Department,
he previously served as Company Captain and Lieutenant;
well as Department Treasurer for many years.

Wake services will be held at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home,
72 East Main St., Elmsford, on Saturday, February 21st. from 4 PM until 8 PM.
