Former Captain Carlos Torres passes away

It is with deep regret that the Elmsford Fire Department
announces the passing of Former Captain Carlos Torres. 

Wake services will be held at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home,
72 East Main St., Elmsford, on Wednesday, April 22nd from 4 PM until 8 PM.
