2nd alarm fire @ 252 Nob Hill Drive

At 1400 hours, a full assignment was dispatched to 252 Nob Hill Drive for a reported structure fire. Chief Signor arrived first due, finding heavy fire conditions, immediately requested a mutual aid “working fire assignment” from 60-Control.

This assignment brought Fairview Engine 175, Hartsdale Engine 170, Irvington Ladder 36, Valhalla FAST Rescue 9, Millwood Cascade Rescue 36 and Battalion 14 Deputy Coordinator to the scene; along with Tarrytown Engine 80 and Ardsley Ladder 50 to relocate for station coverage.

Initial knockdown was made with (2) attack lines from Ladder 55, which was first due. With good progress being made, a 2nd alarm was transmitted for relief purposes, to complete the extinguishment.

The 2nd alarm brought the relocators, Engine 80 and Ladder 50 to the scene; as well as Port Chester Rescue 40 as an additional FAST Unit.

Dobbs Ferry Engine 48 and Hawthorne Tower Ladder 12 were then requested for station coverage.
